Registration is a two-step process: 1) filling in the registration form (deadline: 15/06/2022) 2) paying the registration fee (deadline: 01/08/2022)
1. Online Registration
There must be at least one registered author per paper; and registration must be completed by June the 15th on the conference website. Please note that multiple submissions by the same author require multiple registrations. Papers that do not have a registered author will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings.
2. Registration Fee Payment
Registration fee will enable the members to access the digital proceedings and to the Conference activities (i.e., presentations, coffee-breaks, lunches) and social program (i.e., welcome reception, and closing event). Gala Dinner is not included in the early bird and standard rates, it should be added on the base fee and included in the payment. Please indicate the paper ID and your name in the payment description.

REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT
If you use the online payment button, we cannot provide an invoice afterwards. If you need an invoice for the conference fee, please fill in this form and send an email with your info and the amount of the fee to (ecaade.arch@kuleuven.be).
Registration Policy
Registration is binding. Cancellations will only be accepted under special circumstances and due to unforeseen extreme events. Authors must complete the payment by 01/08/2022 [23:59 GMT+2] to ensure publication and a presentation slot.
* Reduced: only applicable to participants currently employed or enrolled at institutions from developing European countries based on the GDP: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Estonia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine.
* Student: undergraduate students (BSc, MSc and similar) and not PhD students.

A researcher affiliated with a university in Belgium registering on 15 June who wants to participate in the gala dinner should pay a total of 410 €
A PhD researcher affiliated with a university in Turkey registering on 01 July who wants to participate in the gala dinner with an accompanying person should pay a total of 470 €
